Having seen many car museums over the years the eclectic nature of the Lane was refreshing as these vehicles were still driven as intended. Well worth a visit.

Some strange vehicles lurk behind the doors at Lane! Cars powered by propellers, a canoe/recumbent bike hybrid, carbon fiber bicycles, race cars, and a whole lot more. The usual car museum mainstays, muscle cars, brass era classics, and exotics are few and far between. But...More

This off the beaten museum was well worth the admission fee. Its a huge car collection which seemed to specialize in smaller type cars. There are no barriers so you can get very close to the cars. We had a great time.

Nice open setting for the vehicles in what was a Sunbeam bread bakery. No barriers so you can get right up to the cars. Also bikes, motorcycles and other oddities. Don at the desk was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. What I liked was the variety(heavy...More
