Stopped here late in the day to visit the museum. Staff was very friendly but it was close to closing time so we didnt get to spend much time here. Would like to go back when we can stay longer:)

We are glad you were able to explore a little of the park and take in some of its wonderful historical features. The views are amazing! We hope you can come back and spend more time here and perhaps see the museum.

What a gorgeous park. The museum is packed with information. There is a video in a nice room with comfy seats and an audio explanation of The Duck's Nest dig site. Many of the trails are asphalt. All of the trails are clearly marked. Saul's...More

My wife and I went for a nice hike in the woods today. There were plenty of shaded trails marked by colored tags on trees. The mounds are pretty cool to look at when you understand that they were built around 200BC. These Indians didn't...More

This place is awesome if you love to take a long walk. The history of the mounds is fascinating, and the people were friendly and helpful. There's a nice, air-conditioned museum built to look like one of the mounds. The gift shop doesn't offer much,...More

The mounds were cool to look at, and we liked that the museum was made to look like a mound. The only disappointment we had was that the boardwalk was closed partway down the trail due to repair and there was no sign indicating that...More
