We were told over and over again to visit the Apple Barn. Well, their were no free samples...the ice cream shop was closed that Friday afternoon...the wine tastes as good as what we make at home for a fraction of the price they were charging...but there was lots of of apple ciders, butters, etc. We bought one jar of apple... Lots of things to look at, a nice store. Very pricey, but what got me was the staff this last visit. She was beyond rude and ugly . I didn't even look around I just left. I drove 3 hours and always stop here on my visit, but I will think long and hard before I go back. I can't... More

We try to balance free things with things that cost. This was a neat place to visit and see all the things made from applies and sample some items for free. We enjoyed a hot beverage and apple treat in the bakery area while playing with the large checker board. We did buy a few souvenirs. It was a nice... More

This tourist attraction truly is not worth the ridiculous wait times and disproportionate pricing. The food is good, but proportions are inconsistent at best and often you don't get what you paid for.

We always stop here to get Apple Butter and some Country Ham. They have everything from fresh apples to crafts and baskets and all kinds of apple do-dads. Stop by the Cider bar and get some hot apple pie and cider. There is also a Christmas store, candy store, ice cream store and a wine shop.

We come here every trip up here. I get cider, apple butter, fried pies, and crisp mix. She picks up everything and looks at it before putting it down. We both leave happy.

My wife and I visited every shop and sampled the fresh cider, homemade breads and apple fritters. They have canned fruits, home decor, books and everything in between. This is a really good place to spend a few hours.

A good place to stop if you are looking for touristy things. There is a restaurant there which had great personal reviews but we had eaten beforehand. We did stop in the bakery and bought the "apple fry pies" which were a disappointment. Not a traditional fry pie - more of a very soft cakey biscuit dough in the shape... More
