Was very surprised about how well put together, and amount/types of exhibits, in the museum. Highly impressed with the quality and history displayed about Bandera County inside. Other members, some teenagers, within our party were impressed also.

Oh, my! You can spend hours checking out the wide range of items in this collection. The oddities like the shrunken head catch your eye first, but check out the other things that are so interesting.

This is a neat little museum that was opened in 1933. The entry fee is reasonable but they do not offer a military/veteran discount. There is a wide array of interesting and unique artifacts but only a portion are related to the Frontier times. There...More

This is a wonderful little museum. We enjoyed it very much. The staff was very friendly and they took the time to show us around.

This musuem is very nice and friendly. Lots of interesting items to look at with great information. Our next visit to Bandera we will be sure visit again.

Little museum in town of bandera had great memorabilia from the rodeos. Wonderful information on early Texas nicely organized and the kids get to play a scavenger hunt for a prize.

Limited but still interesting collection of the tools and articles referred to the life on the frontier . Nice introduction by well informed personnel made the visit more enjoyable and interesting.
