A great place to learn about our Texas wetlands, my kids loved it. Children will find it very interesting, they teach kids all about the wetlands and the wildlife. My kids want to go back.

The center iis staffed with friendly knowledgeable people who are experts in our outdoor environment. The center is a major education center of students, children, visitors, and geocachers. I cannot say enough good about the center and the people who work here.

I LOVE the Wetlands Center and have visited hundreds of times. Their exhibits are always changing, and the staff is wonderful at giving tours and teaching about the animals that live there. Their summer and winter camps for kids are also very fun, educational, and different. I feel like every time I go I learn something new! Great place!

Our grandkids never get tired of spending time at the wetlands center. It is a safe environment and the employees are so kind and informative. The hands on displays are kid friendly and they learn so much. AND DID I MENTION IT'S FREE! We go at least once or twice a month during the summer. It's cool inside:)

This was a nice learning center. Being a biology major I liked it more than the kids. If I had a young son I would have a bday party here. Had microscopes to study insects under. Furs that you could look at and feel snakes and all types of other good stuff. If your an outdoors person but can't get... More

Enjoyed all the the Wetlands Center from the gators to the bunny to pet, to the microscope labs. The kids liked putting their hands into boxes to guess what was inside, and they loved using flashlights to see the nocturnal scene animals. Ken Pridgeon's murals were amazing. The snakes were plentiful. This place is SO improved, so many upgrades every... More
