I've been to the Dienger before to enjoy some wine and live entertainment. Recently I stopped by for breakfast with a friend. The portions were good sized and the eggs and bacon were cooked just the way I like them. It's hard to go wrong with breakfast at the Dienger.

We stopped in at this historical haunted building to check out the legend. No ghosts were found! But we did find some tasty bakery items and excellent coffee! The gift shop was a delight. It's more like an entire retail store full of things for men women and children!!! Cats and dogs too!!!

The Dienger Building is a historic building in downtown Boerne, completely renovated. Excellent job on that. The food lacks greatly. Has no taste, bland, uninteresting. If you like coffee and a place to chit chat, ok. But I would never go there to "eat".

First visit to this new restaurant in such a historic building on Main St. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was amazing! The Dienger staff were all really sweet and helped me choose the perfect item on their menu for me. The friendly atmosphere made a great lunch with some great friends all the better!

We will definitely be back! Boerne is the new Fredericksburg! The food is really outstanding, as well as the service. Our waiter was from Cordova, 🇮🇹

Stopped by while visiting family for a coffee and hot chocolate and were not disappointed. Will return next time for dinner when in town.

Dienger Trading Co is the greatest place to sit and enjoy a wonderful meal with all the best ingredients. They treat you well while spoiling you with delicious menu options and baked goods. Relax, read, enjoy free Wifi, visit with friends or shop in the beautiful boutique. Sophisticated small town charm!

Well it was time to stretch our legs so off to the small town of Boerne, an the must see Dienger building. Great tour through time as we walked in the old structure. It was great to see its preservation and use as a hub for the community. Great clothes and food for sale....Plop in for a meal and conversation.....don't... More
