Part of the Dealey Plaza site of the assassination of JFK, it should be visited while walking about the large plaza area. Take the time to reflect. Lots of hucksters pushing books and conspiracy theory materials. Visit adjacent 6th Floor Museum for better information.

This is a very interesting place to visit. They is very little detail about what happen at the site. But if you know what went on or have done some reading, it's pretty cool to see the grassy knoll and the famous X in the road where Kennedy was hit.

It is just historical sign of history. Nothing impressive. Close to this place there is a museum of American history devoted to Dallas establishment. Some facts are interesting.

The memorial space allows an intellectual reflection of JFK's tragic day in Dallas. A must see for baby boomers.

Anyone who is old enough (myself included), will tell you where they were the moment they learned about JFK's assassination,. The words "the grassy knoll" were to become an important part of that place in time. This plaza is right across from "the grassy knoll" and it overlooks the very spot where the motorcade passed and the shots rang. There... More

This was on my husband's bucket list - so we definitely made time on our way home to stop here. We stood on the "X" - it's a sobering moment, recalling the history we've learned. Realizing what a devastating time it was for our nation. It really causes you to take a moment and think about all the unknowns, the... More

This memorial is a must for anyone who visits Dallas. It shouldn't take up more than 20-30 minutes of your time unless you visit the museum inside the Texas Book Depository. The streets are marked with X's where JFK was shot both times. There is a memorial inside Dealy Plaza that shows the original parade route AND the route that... More

But for sure you will be surprise by the line of contend about JFK, and what happened. Videos in loop showing the arouse of JFK, his modernity before time are interesting. The 6th floor from where he was shot ... that's it ... not so much about it... the best to do if you are in the region is to... More
