Came here to see Galantis for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint! Venue is a good size. Make sure you line up early if you want a good spot. We we're in line before the doors even opened and were able to get just a few people in front of us. Don't expect to leave to get a drink unless you have people holding your space. Even if they do hold your space, it was packed really tight and hard to get back to my group even though I'm pretty tall and see over most people. Would definitely go back for another concert!

What a nice facility the Bomb Factory is. It is modern, super clean, great bathroom facilities and well designed for concerts. It has a great history in Dallas as once a Ford auto plant and then a munitions factory during WW2.

Security seemed to be a high priority with two of DPD's finest out front and metal detectors before you get in. I like that. Went to the Gipsy Kings show and they were really fantastic. When that thing gets going it impresses any music lover. We had standing area tics and the only complaint I have is rudeness of Dallas concert goers. Many were not interested too much in the music but mainly partying with their friends trying to scream over the sound of the noisy concert. Many of the ones who did pay some attention to the music had to constantly have their camera on their phone going so when you look at the stage you see blue light videos all over. Pretty annoying and pretty ridiculous. Why do these people go to shows like this if they are not interested in listening? It's a music concert, not Carnival in Rio.

My advice is if you are interested in the music, pay the higher price and get a reserved seat. It will be worth it.

Watched the Super Bowl here! Free admission! Huge screen to see the game!plenty of seating and tables. Free raffles during the quarters. The only thing I would have suggested for that day would have been a better selection of game day snacks. What they had there was good, but limited! Overall, a good experience and a cool venue, in an old munitions factory!

Now, let me preface this review by saying that I think the venue itself is great. It's open, it's modern, the acoustics are excellent, and they have great bands come through there. I've now been to four shows there, however I will not ever go back, and sadly, it has nothing to do with the establishment itself.

The main area on the ground floor, is standing room only, which generally would be fine, if adults could behave...well, like adults. Everyone is packed in like sardines, everyone is clamoring forward to get the best view, or be closer to the stage, which again, is not a big deal, to me, however a large majority of the patrons there, seem to get quite territorial over their UN-assigned patch of concrete. The last two times we've been there have been anything but enjoyable due to this bizarre behavior. The time before this last visit, some guy threatened to fight my husband and threw around derogatory remarks because we were encroaching on his square of concrete, and this last time, I witnessed the same thing happen because some guy had the audacity to sway to the music, (shocking thing to do at a concert. I know), and inadvertently bumped into the girl next to him a couple times. She was acting like a spoiled entitled brat, and turned around and complained to her boyfriend, who then threatened this poor guy, who was just trying to enjoy the concert.

These two instances are specific examples and happened within my range of view and hearing, but I've witnessed poor behavior, pushing, yelling, abusive language and overall BAD behavior there, and it's just not fun. I've been to many a standing room only, unassigned seating concert/show, and never have I witnessed this kind of behavior. I'm not sure what it is about this venue, or it's patrons that elicit this immature behavior, but I can assure you, I will not be spending my money to see another show there, which is disappointing, because as I said, it's a wonderful venue.

The Bomb Factory does not care about people attending shows there, only the money. I attended Wobbleland there. They didn't allow camelbacks or vibedration backpacks inside and wouldn't even check them in for us to get them back after the show. Every other venue I've been to has checked them in for us, such as the House of Blues. The Bomb Factory only gave us the option to leave our bags outside for security to "keep an eye on" or put them in your car. Security was very rude yelling at everyone and extremely rude about the bags, even grabbing some people's bags right off their backs. Everyone who used an Uber to get there got screwed over and were forced to leave our bags outside. After the show was over no security was outside watching anyone's things and EVERY SINGLE bag of the 30-40 that had been outside had been stolen. People were walking around for so long asking everyone and searching for their bags. I'm very angry that my belongings were stolen and that we were treated so poorly. If you can attend a better venue.

We just saw Cody Jinks and friends here on Friday. The venue is small, which makes for an intimate show, which I liked. They had it set up really well for this acoustic show. There were couches up front in a private area, folding chairs in the middle, and bistro tables set up along the right and left sides. GA was standing room only and went all along the outside of the seated ticket holders.

Security was good. They checked our tickets going into the seated area and again after we returned from a bathroom break. They escorted us to our seats and kept GA out of the ticketed area.

Bathrooms were clean and had an attendant.

We got there about an hour before the show started and walked right in, no line. Staff was friendly and polite. We took a Lyft in, so I can't comment on parking.

Overall, it was a nice little venue and I hope to go back soon for another show.

The venue has limited parking close by ( behind the building ) which is exacerbated by a poorly trained parking attendant. His cones blocked the entrance yet we could see plenty of available spots as we drove around not once, not twice..There is a map of all parking lots at their website, but that's impossible to refer while driving on those busy streets. Pedestrians cross anywhere they want - so eyes on the road. Meters close by are max'd out at four hours and require payment until midnight. Overall, a congested area to avoid unless the artist/band you want to see on on your bucket list.

Love this place great bars through out and the music and sound is awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was how grown adults act like children and decide to crush you to get to the stage not enough room on the floor. Wish I would of paid extra for the balcony seats. But overall love it!!!

Review based on own personal information.
Band was Killer Queen and was great, very good Show and very professional crew,
Place was clean and people very nice and kept to themselves. No crazy’s. Maybe because most everyone were over 40years old and very mature but not boring. Including myself. Very good view from any corner, but of course better then good being closer in the balcony or first row . Good luck with parking in the area .
I will go back here again .
