I absolutely love the Dallas Arboretum. I've been a member for years. Each season has something delightful to offer. I especially love the fall pumpkin and gourd extravaganza. While its pricing is in line with other Dallas attractions, $15 adult / $10 child +$8 parking, I think it might be a bit pricey for a family visit, especially when the... More

Our visit was spectacular! We enjoyed walking all around, looking at the different plants and flowers. I am not much for this kind of thing but I did enjoy it. The care of the grounds was incredible!! However, watch out for the angry guy they have attending front gate.

We went here while staying at the awful Crowne Plaza in downtown dallas. The tickets are $15 each and $15 a person. Do yourself a favor if you plan on coming more than once a year and become a member. After I got over the price, I was realized that I was getting my money's worth. The landscaping is remarkable.... Went here with daughter and wife. Found many interesting things and freaky enjoyed the blooming magnolia subdirectory throughout through grounds. First time to view the bulb shape of a just opening bloom. Was surprised at a golden glow inside a new bulb. Many interesting nooks and crannies to visit including a number of houses which were part of the several... More

The scale of the Dallas Arboretum is unprecedented, its grounds immaculate. No matter the season, there is a reason to visit. Don't let the summer heat discourage you. That's when the prices drop, and the forest canopy nicely cools the paths. Don't forget to visit the hacienda while there. The guided tour is included with the admission price, and well... More

You really need a full day to explore this place. It's perfect for kids. The gardens and grounds are impeccably maintained. We had a 3 year old and a 7 year old and they were very entertained by the kids area.

I cannot say enough about this treasure here in Dallas. It is a spectacular well managed first rate garden that cannot get enough recognition . If you want to spend a lovely day strolling at leisure in either the adult gardens or the separate and equally huge children gardens this is the place for not only families to enjoy but... More

I have visited the gardens for many years. It is nice, but I feel it is overpriced and too crowded. It is very beautiful and nicer in the colder months.
