It had been ten or eleven years since my last visit and while I had a good time the stadium is clearly dated. Unlike more modern stadiums this one has a problem whe ninety thousand people show up for a game. Getting in and to...More

Great Venue for this Red River Rivalry game between Texas and Oklahoma! Depending on the actual game time and your seat, be prepared extreme conditions for direct sunlight and 92,000+ screaming fans.

The Cotton Bowl is historic and iconic. Exciting to attend our first game there. Facilities are kept up well but man, it is packed, seats are crowded.

If you are a stadium geek like I am, then this spot is so worth it. Take a photo outside or if you are lucky, the gates are open and you sneak a peek inside.

Let me start by saying my team won! BOOMER! Now to the bad, everything entails a line. A line of traffic just to find parking. A line just to get into the fair grounds. A line to get into the stadium. A line to get...More

This was my first time here and we really enjoyed it since Oklahoma won. My only complaint would be that they have a big screen on both ends of the field.

Great place to watch the annual red river rivalry. Half of the stadium in orange, half of the stadium in crimson and cream. The atmosphere is electric and your ticket gets admission into the Texas State Fair as well. Stadium renovations over the past several...More
