We had a fun evening at DCH. The improv was funny, kept us laughing and wondering what was to come. Not necessarily for families though. Some material adult.

My gf and I went to this spot on a whim. She saw a post on Instagram and was intrigued. It is on the cheaper side ($15 a piece or $10 if you pay in advance per hour-long show) and Deep Elum is one of our favorite spots so, why not. We had a few drinks before the 9pm show.... More

The 3rd time (2nd review) we have been to the DCH. First of all, after this year I owe Age Appropriate an apology for last years review, I wish you would have been there. You taking cans out of a cabinet, looks like comedy gold compared to Mortified! Ok, we called about ticket, we where told "we have plenty, no... More

Being from out of town we were looking for a comedy show. We usually go to saks in dt orlando fl and thought this was going to be like it. We were wrong. First group was kinda funny. Laughed a couple times. Second group was a skit about a dad being murdered and buried in a tomato patch and his... More

The F-, Marry, Kill show was painful to sit through. We were very disappointed it was a skit show, we were expecting to see stand up comedy. Would not return.

This is the second time we have been to the DCH. We went about this time last year. We always have a blast and stay for two shows. All of them are super funny except Age Appropriate they just plain old suck. The set they did last year and this year where all most the same. How many time can... More

What a great idea & even better execution! It's a fun venue, you can get adult drinks and special treats like Shirley Temples for the kids. The show itself is great - fast moving improv with good audience connection in a small theater. They really found a great balance between getting those that wanted to participate involved, and making shyer... More

I was disappointed that they didn't serve beverages while you were inside the theater. The comedy was okay, not laugh out loud , but mildly amusing and the show was surprisingly short. I probably won't go back to this one.

We had a fun time, but some of the shows were hit and miss. We really liked Drunk Samurai the best. We laughed through their whole set. If you have an opportunity to see them, I hight recommend it.

I'm a veteran improviser from Chicago. On a recent visit to Dallas, I swung by the Comedy House to see how improv is handled down south. To my great delight, Dallas has a good thing going here. I saw a two-man team (David & Terry) and a larger group (Roadside Couch). David & Terry played well off each other, picking... More
