What a nice surprise! We signed up for the Dallas Christmas Lights, Chocolate and Sips Tour not really knowing what to expect. Our tour started at Isabelly's Chocolates & Sweet Treats (home to the best cake balls in Dallas!) where we sampled peanut brittle and cake balls. Yum! Next we board a very nice and clean motor coach (we had... More

I went on my third trip yesterday with Dallas by Chocolate. A group of 22 of my friends went on a tour of the Bishop Arts district in Dallas led by Dallas By Chocolate owner Jeanine Stevens. We started by taking pictures at the Batgirl mural (a tribute to Yvonne Craig), then had a yummy lunch at Cretia's. After lunch... More

Don't think for one second that it's only chocolate on this tour! You're getting SO MUCH MORE than that here....starting with your wine tastings, with cheese & crackers (and also pizza to get something heavier on your stomach to begin the night), a quick lesson in the fun and proper way to taste wines from John at Two Corks and... We had fun. The places we went too for samples were great and definitely places we would return to. I wish we had spent a little more time at each place. We were the last off the bus each stop and had to rush. The trick is to sit at the front of the bus and you get more time... More

We had 5 people in our group, ages ranged from 7 years old to 80 years old.....everyone had a great time. We not only sampled great chocolate, we also got to try other tasty treats. My step father is disabled and needs to use a walker; Sondra (our driver) and Mavis (our host) were more than accomodating with him. They... More

The Chocolate and wine tour was so much fun! We started off with a wine education and tasting. Afterwards we toured 4 or 5 chocolate bars. I had never been to any of the places before. They were really nice and interactive. Lots of fun and laughs. Great for couples or groups of friends. We'll be making this a regular... More

Wow, what a fabulous night chok full of our favorite celebratory things! Started out the night with flatbread pizzas and specialty wines at Art of Wine with Italian sommelier Pierro, then loaded Ernesto's bus with Jeanine as our guide and a group of about 20 to some very special chocolatiers in Dallas at Cocoa Andre, Kate Weiss, and Dude Sweet.... We just took our third tour, this time with a big bunch of friends, and it was so much fun! Dallas by Chocolate has the connections and resources to show you the insider's perspective of the most wonderful food and historic attractions in Dallas. It's so much more than just chocolate; they are also about great bbq, burger, pizza, breweries... More

Wife and I attended one of the Beer+Chocolate tours last year, and was a lot of fun. So first of all, chocolate+cheese+beer is a lethal combo, so adds to the fun. The event was well organized with participation from about half a dozen local DFW brewers (i remember there was even a breakfast beer) It was a fun way to... More

I'm 23 and lived in the Dallas area my whole life. I thought I had seen it all until I discovered these tours. My friends invited me on a BBQ tour around Dallas, and it was a blast! It was BYOB on the bus, there were great BBQ stops all around the city, and a U got to meet many... More
