I have been a charter member at the Perot and it is worth visiting often. Many hands on displays. When we have visitors from out of town, we take them to the Perot!!!

The museum is nice, but all in all the exhibits felt school like. I think younger kids would enjoy this museum more.

The Perot Museum is a great place for the whole family. I took my teenage son and his buddy and they had a ball exploring the various exhibits incl the Maya exhibit that is currently on. Lots of interactive exhibit. Such a great experience.

The cafeteria inside the Museum has decent food, clean and in real working environment, which for kids is also learning experience. Going out of the premises and coming back, I don't recommend.
