Off the beaten path but right between DMA and Nasher Sculpture garden. I wandered in at lunch while working downtown and just had to go back for a longer look. A small intimate collection but some of the most beautiful intricate pieces of sculpture and...More

Planned a morning visit but when I arrived only the two display rooms on the ground floor were open. Understand renovations will be ongoing on the 2nd Floor until October. Currently there is a small display of Korean pottery and in the other room a...More

There are plenty of beautiful things to see here, the walkway with the peace cranes is one of my favorites. I wouldn't bring smaller children here unless it's a short visit or they have a special event going on because there's not much they can...More

So, I must have picked a bad time to visit, in view of the generally great reviews. Nothing at all on 2nd floor. One floor sculpture in 3rd floor (see photo). Modest display on first floor. Quite disappointing. Beautiful building. Free entry, but my donation,...More

Really not expecting much here, but rather like the other art venues nearby this gallery is stunning. The collections which we viewed were fabulous, and particularly appropriate as we had just had Diwali.

If you are in the Art District, stop by this little museum. While it is not large, it has a lovely and impressive collection. It's in the middle of the Art District and has a nice little gift store.

This small museum amazed us by the uniqueness of its collection. Other Asian art museums may have more examples, but this collection offers a feel for the region and the scope and history of that art better than others.

This is one of the few museums that stay open past 5pm. We went there on Tuesday which is their late night. It was really beautiful inside and out. I took tons of pictures! The jade exhibit was something else! They have their own parking...More

I am a fan of Asian art and I did enjoy this museum. It was not as large as I would have liked but what they had was lovely and interesting. I will go again soon

What I really liked about the exhibit is that the pieces were spaced far apart so that you could really appreciate the beauty and intricate details of each piece. It is a collection of Indian Art and Chinese Art. The center is free and across...More

It is worth a quick visit. Currently only two small rooms open but the displays are interesting (Korean pottery and Japanese samurai print screen and suit of armor). I'd schedule no more than 1/2 hour, maybe at 1030 then... More

Admission is free, but I would suggest you consider a donation - perhaps $10.00 a person. Hours on Sunday are 10am - 6pm
