This is a great theater although it could use a little refreshing. The Atmosphere, West Village location, and the movie choices are what this location is all about... the selections for movie snacks are on the weak side. But, they do serve alcohol if that's...More

I like that there's a bar. Bars expensive but so is Uptown. It's a fun place to watch a movie, if it's a fun movie -- saw Bernie there. It depends on the movie, but it's always pretty packed, people seem to enjoy themselves. It's...More

The Magnolia runs some of the best movies in town. It is always a pleasure to take in a show here. After the movie, restaurants are just outside the door. You can watch a movie and enjoy your dinner without spending lots of $$.

I have been to this theater many times, as I live in the area. The review written by jessicadean does a good job of describing what to expect when you go there. We often get gelato at Paciugo before watching a movie. The only thing...More

The theater plays some mainstream movies but also independent films. You can also get a beer, wine or drink (they cost too much but it is still a nice option). The location is also great. Next to Pacugo so you can start out with some...More

Mark Cuban gets involved with a lot of things and is a forward thinker as exhibited by this theater. It hosts lots of film festivals as well as newer, not so usual movies as well as block busters. And the food and drink available makes...More

When I go home to D/FW for a visit, I also like to catch up on films I haven't seen. It's a great break between spending times with friends. The theater always has the best independent films. Great location and great facility.

Its so nice and quiet i just wished they show mainstream movies so i can enjoy the atmosphere all the time. I would never buy their concessions though because their ridiculously priced.
