Not much to do in this town when this is such a big attraction. It's easy to miss and wasn't on my way to anything we did while in town. We made sure to hit it on the way out to grab a fast photo!

Don't miss out on a quick picture with the statue of the huge roadrunner! Then watch for the bird as you travel the highways out in west Texas.

We stopped to check it out because it is one of my favorite birds, worth checking out for sure. It has more detail than the one Las Cruces, NM, except this one was not made from re-purposed trash (the one in Las Cruces is amazing).

A good stop along the way to stretch your legs before moving on. Fort Stockton evidently love this big guy as it is kept clean and new looking there.
