Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very walking friendly area. We stayed at the Embassy Suites on Commerce (edge of Sundance district) and it was very convenient for walking around to everywhere.

We were here for the lighting of the tree. It was beautiful. Traffic was brutal but worth it. Great movie theater and lots of great shopping

Took our grandchildren to the square for play and lunch. The low fountains and street entertainers were a joy. Shopping around the square is excellent both from quality and variety. Many choices for lunch from tacos to steak.

Sorry i can not help with this question. I used hotel parking whenever i visited Fort Worth. There are several public parking facilities but i am not sure of cost and whether there are unlimited drive in/out privileges.
