We thoroughly enjoyed the museum and paintings. This stop was recommended by two Texas tourist information centers. This was well worth the walk. The paintings are well displayed and there are information booklets available at the desk.

Love immersing myself in the history of Texas now that I live here - great place to start! Have a friend with a Remington and they showcase his work here

It doesn't take long to wander through this little gallery, but you must leave backpacks and water bottles with security. The Remingtons are a standout.

A small museum displaying on a rotating basis many Remington and Russell paintings and sculptures. If you are a fan of western art, this is a must see. And its free!
