We took 2 of our grandkids there. Had a wonderful time. I would tell everyone it is worth it. By the way----Wednesday is half price day. That may only be for the summer but makes it very affordable. Plenty of exhibits and shows. Food and...More

Fort Worth is a friendly city with many things to do. The zoo is outstanding! There is a train ride just outside the zoo entrance . The train ride is fun for children and adults. I highly recommend both the zoo and train ride .

My first zoo experience and still the best. You will enjoy a full day of sights, sounds and unfortunately smells. Great Primate exhibit. The Texas area is something to keep the kids entertained for an etended period. The tigers, lions and elephants are also cool....More

The staff was friendly. There were a lot of shows that children would like. Coming from out of town, this was the perfect place to take young kids to run the energy out of them.

We were really happy with our visit to this zoo. The displays are well set out and there is plenty of shade on a hot day. The Texas display with the different landscape types was particularly interesting.
