This free museum is a good deal. The collection is varied but limited, with second floor under renovation til next August. Seems to be room on first floor to display more.

We loved this art museum. Be sure to take 5m to watch the video at the entey about Amon Carter and his vision for this space. We really enjoyed Plexus No 34 by Gabriel Dawe.

This is a must see for anyone visiting Fort Worth. The collection is extensive and the Remington and Russell gallery has an extensive collection of these early western artists. There is no admission charge!

Free admission at all times to this wonderful museum. Some permanent exhibits of Western art and a lot of occasional photography exhibits can be found here.

Loved this museum and the way it is set up. Very interesting exhibits in a wonderful building. The fact that it is for free makes it all the more appealing.

Overshadowed by two world class museums next door — buildings and collections. Nevertheless it continues to impress with an excellent permanent collection and imaginative exhibitions. A bonus— one of the best views of the Fort Worth skyline to be found,
