Very interesting site to visit. The architecture is unique. There are several areas of water and quiet areas to sit and relax. Several eateries nearby for bringing your lunch or coffee. There are no fees to enter.

We were in Ft. Worth for a day of sightseeing so made our way to the water garden. It was quite impressive as the water exhibits are large even though there aren't many of them. We would recommend if you are in the downtown area.

Very calming place right in the middle of the city. A little scary climbing down but worth it! Worth a stop!

We came to see the fountains at 9pm, surprisingly there was a lot of people here for a Sunday night. The larger fountain with clear white light has a path you can take down to the bottom. There are no hand rails and at night...More

I ended up going to the Water Gardens twice in the same day - once in the morning and once in the evening. The first time (around 10 AM), the Gardens were very tranquil, not crowded, and wonderful. All water features were on/running and we...More

This public attraction is free & serves to relieve the episodic monotony & distress of the urban setting, which is often hot, especially in Texas, along with the noise of routine traffic congestion. The Gardens is located immediately contingent to the Convention Center, which is...More

the different water features were beautiful to see and an active way to see by climbing stairs and viewpoints. the best was the last with stepping stone going down into a water hole. It was a little dizzying to walk on the concrete blocks as...More

Interesting architecture and fun to climb around. If you have kids, keep them close, a lot of ledges.

Different experience with each of the four individual pools. The Active Pool is really cool to walk down to the center and hear the water roaring.

This place is awesome for kids unless they have any issues with vertigo. The final pool might be a little scary as there are no handrails. Phillip Johnson was the brilliant architect. It's a real oasis in the middle of the... More

Street parking is usually plentiful on the weekend in FW but the Omni Hotel across the street has a garage. The Hilton two blocks.away has valet parking.
