We visited this museum during our stay in Fort Worth. There were lots of wagons and memorabilia displayed here. It was interesting though quite dusty. It wasn't a very large museum but my family enjoyed it.

I don't know very much about cowboys, calf roping and bull riding, but I stopped in here anyway for something to do. To the left side of this museum which is housed in one very, very large room, you have numerous individual displays dedicated to all the different men and women inducted here. I learned both Willie nelson and Nolan... More

The museum is basically a collection of various types of horse drawn vehicles on one side and memorabilia from famous cowboys and rodeo stars on the other. It was good to see the kinds of carriages you only normally see in western movies in real life and I was surprised to discover that a lot of them originated in the... More

The Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame in Fort Worth contains a great collection of cowboy and cowgirl memorabilia. The facility is home to the Sterquell Wagon Collection, which is an incredible collection of wagons and horse drawn vehicles. The wagon collection is a must see for horse drawn equipment aficionados ! Very impressive. From the cowboy artifacts to the wagons,... More

There are lots of memorabilia on display in the a small area. Cowboys and cowgirls alike along with some country music artists. Displays include boots, saddles, medals, trophies won, etc. There is a pair of Lyle Lovvetts' boot, they are white with his name embroidered in black. That was cool.

I was hoping for so much from this museum. The 'Hall of Fame' is just a few rows of booths crammed in with pictures and small items. The lighting was really bad and some of the pictures were in the corners and difficult to see. There was some text for each person, but it was so small and hard to... More

Quite small, the guide was informative, but rushed us through, didn't have time to read all the info.

I most enjoyed the old wagons and the temporary exhibit of Roy Rogers' horses. A lot of the museum is devoted to famous rodeo Cowboys, but if you are not into rodeo, it gets redundant. It is inexpensive and interesting. I'm glad I went for a short visit.

Being from New Hampshire I don't really know what life was like during the early years in Texas. We really enjoy the Fort Worth Stock Yards and decided to visit the Cowboy hall of fame Monday. This is a very nice exhibit, I will come again to learn more, great collection of horse drawn wagons nicely restored. I would recommend... More
