Anytime that I don't have to work and can spend quality time with my youngest daughter, making memories, I'm in. This course my be older than many of the other courses in the metro area, for the value, it's money well spent. The staff is friendly and it's obvious to everyone that this course is a work in progress, with... More

The atmosphere is golf old school. The pro shop staff is friendly and are not afraid to engage with folks who seem "lost". Then food is above average and parking is plentiful If you're traveling from out of town and want to play, take your clubs and enjoy a an above average public golf course.

It's about to go under a pretty large resto and if they do what the pro told me they were planning, it should be a great municipal course. Until then, it's ok!

We hit all the courses in town. Pecan Valley is a favorite. We try to take the grand kids golfing at least once a week and Pecan Valley is always on the list

This course doesn't get the love it deserves. It has a really cool layout, has a lot of cool elevation changes. The staff are always so cool and will do whatever to help. This is a good course to walk, which we don't have much of in the metroplex. Not overly long or tough but really fun to play. You... More

No wait times. Did not get backed up. Great rate. Generally decent upkeep. Can be a challenging course.

For a city course I think Pecan Valley is very good, challenging to play but very well maintained. Lots of trees help you keep focused.

I played both the River and Hills course. The course was really in pretty good condition for this time of year. There had been a lot of heat in TX, so they kept it in good condition. The greens were very nice, surprisingly! It's a pretty short course. It's a good course for the money, but there are so many... More

This isn't a luxury golf venue, but the holes are challenging and there are a few water features to keep it interesting.
