Really reminded me of the old five and dime stores. This is the only store in Fredericksburg that is not highly overpriced. And the only place in town to sell postcards for a quarter. Went in for the postcards and stayed over 30 minutes!

If you've been to Dollar Tree, or Dollar General this is essentially what this place is. Didn't find anything that I couldn't find at the dollar tree. Prices are average, maybe a bit higher.

This is a TRUE five and dime store and we had a blast strolling thru and looking at the offerings. It was like a roll back from my childhood shopping at stores like Motts. Adorable!

Fun Day for me looking at a store back in the day when I was a kid. Plenty of novelties and candy from the past. Many Memories!

These old dime stores are becoming a thing of the past (like drive in theatres). You have to go by and check out EVEY isle - they have items that I've not seen in years and items you use every day. These were the Walmarts of their day. Fun to visit.

Everything a 5 and 10 cent store was in the past. Lots of souvenirs, contemporary and items of the past that you just don't realize that are still made or that you see in stores any longer. Pleasant trip into the past right along Main Street. A very nice place to step into a store of the past.

I had fun shopping at this store as a kid and now I have fun shopping at this store as an adult. They have interesting merchandise, fun inventory, that is inexpensive. It is worth a visit.

We parked right in front of the store which made it easy to put all the stuff we bought there. they had the best selection of inexpensive cowboy hats. we bought one and ended up buying 2 more hats! then we had to buy old fashioned salt and pepper shakers etc. I would have bought more items but need to...
