Gap and prices are like in reg. mall, then Burks and the things are so out of date, no good. It is a deserted mall. They do have a rv park on the south side, so if visiting Winstar you can park there cheaper. Do not go to visit the town there is really not much to do unless there... More

Abandoned, sad presentation right on the interstate. If you were making a video, this could be a great backdrop.

This "Mall" has changed ownership a number of times. It has attractive buildings but apparently the current owner just wants to take the tax losses. Very few stores. It should be resurrected or torn down.

What happened to this place is in my opinion one of the biggest mysteries in Gainesville. The location couldn't appear to be better--right on Interstate 35--the main highway going north from Dallas/Fort Worth and just a few miles from the world's largest casino, so there certainly is enough traffic and it looks like a nice enough building and a very... This mall is basically closed down. There are like 2 stores in this mall. Travel the 45 extra miles to grapevine

We visited on December 5th (A Saturday) to do some Christmas shopping away from the family. We arrived shortly before noon that day and quickly noticed the lack of cars in the parking lot on what should have been a great shopping day. Then we drove around and only found two shops in the entire mall open.... and no one... More

Looks like outlet malls are the ghost towns of today. We have one in Denton, and it went from full capacity with a nice restaurant to a shadow of its former self.

This has become a sad, sad version of its former self. As others have pointed it, it was once a bustling outlet mall that people would easily drive 50 or 100 miles (or more) to visit. Now, it's all but abandoned. Reebok, Old Navy, and a kitchen outlet store are still open. Seems like there was one more that didn't... More

There are only less than maybe, 10 stores open in this dead open air mall. Reebok, Gap are still there and busy. A few other stores are at a disadvantage of being in the back of this mall, so it seems like they do not get much traffic unless you know they are there. The restrooms are in a defunct... More

Just drive through the area and this time did not even stop. Almost no cars in the parking lot and all one could see was closed store after closed store.Looks as though no effort is being made to fill the empty slots.
