It is really isn't all it is hyped up to be however they rake awesome care if the rainforest. Couldn't see the aquarium as it was under construction. Staff was mostly friendly. Probably a better experience if you have young children.

The garden and the rain forest gave us a glimpse of the wildlife populations from The Amazon to Americas, Africa and Asia. It was an eye opener especially with the effects of deforestation and wild life conservation.

Little expensive at $20.00 per person but good attractions. Close to birds, fish and other wildlife. It is in doors but humid because of rainforest atmosphere so dress accordingly.

Got to Moody Gardens only to discover the Aquarium had NOT re-opened. It was closing at 6 pm instead of 8 pm. Decided to not go in.

If your older, it is a lot of walking to see the different attractions. They did have a lot to see. I would recommend going. Great for kids.

It is a good place to go to do when you are in Galveston. They have 3 buildings that have different things on them and they bring in things to add to there area.

Love the rain forest & aquarium pyramids! Both are very well done & informative. The rain forest has a number of birds & animals that are free range in the rain forest area. The leaf cutter ants exhibit is fascinating. Try to visit during feeding...More

The pyramids are fascinating and enjoyed the 3D IMAX. There are more attractions for younger children now, which was needed. The Lazy River is definitely for the little ones and we were a bit disappointed in that. Food at Rainforest Café is good and service...More
