Beautiful home , we had a magical experience . Loved every moment. We knew the first moment we saw it that was where we wanted to have our daughters wedding, and it didn't disappoint . The planning process was effortless as well. Thank you Galveston historical society for helping save these treasured home for people like us to enjoy and... More

This is a beautiful home on the exterior. Not much on the inside. Its more of an information site. The people were not very friendly or helpful and seemed to want to be left alone. Its worth a quick look.

My Step-Daughter was married here and awesome place. Such history in the Villa and makes for a perfect bridal entrance down the stairway.

This is one of my favorites to visit. It is not the most impressive mansion, but it is so simple and elegant that is commands attention. It has to be one you visit. The great story about how the city required the buildings be raised following the first disastrous hurricane is shown here. This is a brick structure that could... More

Although the name sounds like it, this is not a English premier league soccer team! It's an impressive old building on Broadway Avenue on Galveston Island. Broadway features quite a number of imposing old houses, a number of which are now museums. Park your car on one of the side streets for free (check for signs, as the cops were... More

We held our daughter's wedding here in June 2014. We rented the entire facility for a Saturday afternoon wedding and a reception dinner, and dancing. We enjoyed the facility. It is a bit quirky on what is allowed and where you are allowed to go. You are not allowed on the second or third floor areas except for the "loft"... More

Loved it here. Love the history. Love imagining the things that went on here. I can see the parties and socialites that gathered in this place. Beautiful and stunning architecture.

Another great Victorian Mansion, if you can I advise going to Pier 21 and seeing "The Great Storm" you will get so much more out of the homes tours. You will understand why you only see half a fence and why the lower level of the home is now underground.

Enjoyed this attraction during our visit to the area last year. The name of it caught my eye but unfortunately there was no history to do with 007.

A part of the fiber and history of Galveston. Monument to the grandeur of Galveston's past. History buffs and antique lovers will be impressed. Children, maybe not so much.
