The video (made in the 90s?) about the 1900 great storm and aftermath is fantastic. Makes great use of drawings, historic photos, eye witness accounts. Definitely worth the low cost

Amazing and informative hour long movie about early European settlement of the island. Two other movies were popular, including the 1900 storm, but this was best.

The movie gave one a sense of what it must have been like to experience the storm of 1900. Actual pictures show the event relistically.

We saw "The Great Storm" movie and it was very informative. Not what I expected, but it was a great thing to do on a rainy day in Galveston. Only thing I wasn't happy about was the $5 pen I bought in the gift shop...More

The film was informative and interesting but it hasn't been updated in 20 years. The original footage from 1900 was good, the hand drawn graphics got a little boring after a while.

Was closed on Tuesday after Labor Day, so we came back on Wednesday to see "The Great Storm". The theater was comfortable for a half hour showing. A lot of factual information and personal interest concerning the 1900 hurricane. They validate for two hour parking...More
