Thank you but No! Too expensive and doesn't offer much except a way to get you $$. Too many other things in Galveston to do rather than waste you time and money.

We normally visit the pleasure pier whenever we visit Galveston as my son loves to watch the rides. February is a good month to attend as it's not overly crowded and the weather is very good.

This is fun day thing on a cool day or cloudy day or even a rainy day and night fairies that's a nice amusement park and attraction to go down to some rides with your kids there as well and so forth and there's some games to play and Shop structure and some nice restaurants to eat at

Beautiful way to spend the day,... More

We went over New Year's, was told it was going to be open New Year's Day, and when we went, it was not. Planned our whole vacation around something we couldn't go to on the day we planned to go.

I was visiting Galveston before a cruise and decided to pay a visit to Pleasure Pier. The pricing was a little steep. Just to walk onto the pier, it costs 10 dollars. That gives you nothing but the ability to walk onto the pier. Tickets for a single ride were $4 and unlimited riding was $26, which was the only... More

Relax and have fun on this short but sufficient lane of peace. It served the purpose for the evening. Providing a romantic atmosphere away from the world. Hearing the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset was the most beautiful and amazing thing - considering I was right here in Texas and not somewhere in the Cayman Islands. You... More

We checked out Pleasure Pier because of the signage on the way into Galveston. The positive the pier is situated on a long stretch of public beach that provides a lot of opportunity to get some beach time. The beach and Pleasure Pier was very clean. Pleasure Pier has some rides for the kids/family but not enough to justify the... More
