I live in Granbury and we avoid this beach. It used to be nice, but people don't take pride here. They leave garbage, diapers, etc lying around. Their kids throw garbage in the lake. We've found tons of broken glass, boards with nails, and even...More

Fun spot. Free. Kids have lots of fun. This was our second trip. We liked staying at the Hilton that's within walking distance.

Granbury has a city beach right off business 377. Great snack bar. Tiki huts and a larger pavilion you can reserve. Nice restrooms as well. Come for the day.

You do not have to travel very far to really enjoy a clean and beautiful beach setting. we have had many beautiful evenings with our family watching the boats go by and the sunset across the beach.

This little gem is worth the trip to Granbury. Stayed at the hotel next door and walked right over. Let the little kids enjoy the sand and the water. Just like going to the beach for them. Going again tomorrow!

No. There are picnic tables, but no grills. Really not enough room. Would not be safe.
