Lake Grapevine is perfect for boating. There are wonderful parks for picnics on both the Grapevine and Flower Mound sides. Great biking trails, especially on North (FM) side of the lake. The lake really only lacks a good beach for swimming.
I have seen this lake at its lowest levels and at its flooded levels. It is a Great Lake to sit by and enjoy the view. Everyone loves to have it in their selfie pics background.
Easy access to several free access areas.
