The soloists make this production of The Pirate Queen outstanding for this retired choir director. And as a retired military officer, I find the elaborate choreography, precisely performed, to be impossibly accurate--and imaginative. I don't know how the directors of this very small community theater do it, but it's worth a lot more than the price of admission.

Just saw The Pirate Queen at The Artisan. It was a fun evening at the theater, indeed. We try to see all of their shows and this was one of the best we've seen there. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful musical. The show is a passionate show based on a true story from 1588 set in England and Ireland. Great... More

We have been to several productions here and always enjoy it. The quality of the shows is excellent and the personal involvement in the theater from the owners, volunteers, and performers is amazing. It is a place where you can really feel the love of the stage.

We recently visited for the 5th time - this time to see My Fair Lady. Always a good show, although this time - the young people not in this cast but who are currently in other shows had some trouble behaving themselves...and these "kids" are definitely old enough to know better. As they disclosed to the whole audience, they had... More

As a season ticket holder, I try to review from time to time. Last night was My Fair Lady. All of my ladies' group really enjoyed the show. The actors seem so professional. The sets are well done. The theater is such a small and intimate venue, I had to keep my feet under my chair so that the actors... More

The Artisan does a wonderful job with their productions. It makes for a fun filled evening. They are A+ in my opinion.. Better to get tickets ahead, but there are at times available at the last minute

I have seen dozens of productions at the Artisan theater and they never disappoint. The theater is a small theater in the round and you are not more than 25 feet from the actors! It is a delight and the quality of the performances are outstanding!
