Description:

Garrison Brothers Distillery is Texas' first and oldest bourbon distillery....

Garrison Brothers Distillery is Texas' first and oldest bourbon distillery. Our bourbon is hand-made from corn to cork right here on our little ranch. Tours are Thursday through Sunday @ 10am, noon, 2pm & 4pm. We'll teach you the entire process on how great bourbon is made. You'll taste our sweet mash, sample our white dog & end your visit with a taste of our fine bourbon. We strongly encourage that you call ahead so we can place you on our tour schedule.

Even if you're not a whiskey drinker, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the company of the people you're with. They pour four different tastes of their bourbon for $13 which is cheaper than the wineries. If you want something else, there is a cooler stocked with beer, soda and wine on the honor system. There is... More

We love everything about Garrison Brothers especially the Bourbon. The tour is a must, it changed me from a Single Malt Scotch to a Bourbon man. The grounds are beautiful.

It was a really pretty day it wasn't crowded just a great place to sit and enjoy. Things to se the outhouse is amazing. Didn't go on the tour but next time we will it sounds like they have some fun stuff to do. We stopped in spur of the moment after talking with some people at Deep Eddie about... More

If you are in the area, skip a wine tour and visit this distillery. Friendly folks and a nice, small distillery. You get three samples. One of the samples is of a single barrel that you can then purchase and dip the bottle in wax. This isn't exactly cheap bourbon to begin with, but there aren't many distilleries where you... More

Excellent bourbon and knowledgable staff. 3.50 a taste of the first bourbon distillery in Texas. Expensive a bottle but worth the taste. Small cabin with seats outside. A good break from the wine trail.

This little spot is off the main wine trail, which is probably why it is such a lovely hideaway. Fantastic spirits and such a cool outdoor area to spend some time. Honor bar drinks (beer, wine, water), cozy places to sit, games to play, a grown up swing. Definitely stop in here (just know that if you do on a... More

Great tasting Bourbon. You can taste the new batch before it hits the shelves.Go on a one hour tour for only $10, includes sampling. There is also wine, beer, tea, and water, just put some money in the honor box to keep the local treats going. If you like, they will charge you to put a shot into your peach... More

My friend knew the excellent reputation of Garrison Brothers Bourbon and suggested the tour. I booked online for my choice of tour time. Peach tea or Arnold Palmers (tea/lemonade mix) are available as you wait for the tour to begin. For a nominal fee it can be spiked to a John Daly. I knew then we were in for an... More

While in the Hill Country and going through the various wineries, we found this distiller. We did a tasting of their Flagship Bourbons and their Single barrel Bourbon. All versions were really good, with the Flagship 2015 Bourbon being our favorite. We did not go on the tour of the distillery due to lack of time on our part. Hopefully,... More
