This amazing monument, the brainchild of Texas icon Ben Carpenter and sculptor Robert Glen, is well worth a visit if you are ever in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Make sure you visit the small museum nearby (and watch the video) to discover the incredible amount of research and hard work by Robert Glen that went into forming these amazing mustangs.... More

Beautifully rendered sculpture of wild horses charging through a stream centered in a box canyon of upscale office buildings. If you've been on a ranch in the West this will bring back memories. If not, it will evoke the freedom you feel on the open range. An artistic masterpiece because of the heritage and emotions it captures.

Read on Tripadvisor that we should see these sculptures, and I am glad we took the time to stop by. There are a few parking spots on the street in front of the plaza; drive around until you can find one, or park in the garage. Take a video - very lovely

I had googled up pictures to see how these look at night. In reality, it wasn't close to it. The pictures online had more colorful lighting setting and looked great. However I would still return as the sculptures looked stunning and the setting where the stream flows was amazing. One request: please add more light fixtures around the area of... More

We drove by the Mustangs at night after having dinner out. They were quite beautiful. Worth a trip in your car if you have the time.

Stunning and easy to find. It's worth the trip to see these amazing sculptures. The way they realistically break through the "stream" in the plaza is urge genius.

Wonderful sculptures in a great setting. But also interesting is the story behind the horses which can be explored in the museum open during week days. 20-30 minutes will bring you a lot of very interesting information, and decisions made during the design process.

This is a must see if you are in Irving, Texas. See the beautiful sculpture, enjoy the fountain and take pictures. You can then walk around the canal area and take in the atmosphere. There are some great lunch and dinner spots nearby as well.

Ranked as one of the top bronze sculptures in the world. If you're in the Dallas (Irving) area, you don't want to pass up the opportunity to visit this "sculpture" of 9 mustangs, 1 1/2 times life size, galloping through the Williams Square plaza (the plaza alone is the size of 2 football fields). The sculptor has created the feeling... More
