A great place to see local artists.

Right now they are hosting a children's show with some amazing art. They also host seminars and classes and and annual chalk art festival and much more.

Thank you for the great review. I want to clarify that we support the Kerrville Chalk Art Festival but it is produced by The Cailloux Foundation. More

For a small facility, they do a great job of displaying a wide variety of art, from paintings to gourds.

Always has interesting shows and artwork. Downtown, easy parking, friendly staff. Great place in the summer to step in out of the heat.

They change their shows frequently, but we caught one featuring local artists that we really enjoyed. Some very talented people featured in the gift shop. Nice side stop.

Be sure to visit this gem every few weeks because the art display is always changing. Although the emphasis is on local artists, works from around the country are frequently displayed. In addition to the gallery offerings, events such as the Chocolate Extravaganza are held throughout the year. There is a wonderful gift shop with clothing, jewelry, woodwork and other... More

We happened to be in town when a furniture show was taking place and got to see some amazing woodwork. We are putting this on our calendar and hope to go back for the next show.

I remember when this building was the Post Office (my goodness, have I been here that long?). Turning it into the KACC was a stroke of genius! There are revolving exhibits throughout the year but the must-sees are the Gourd Art and the hand made furniture, which are yearly events. These shows feature the best of the best; if you... More

Always fun to go to an event here. The art exhibits are always top notch. We especially enjoy the outdoor painters event, and try to go every year.

If your u are in Kerrville and love the arts...all kinds, then yes u need to make a stop here. Quite fascinating, with all different mediums. It is located in downtown Kerrville, across from the courthouse...go take a look at the new butterfly garden while you're there!
