Sea Center Texas is a marine aquarium, fish hatchery and nature center operated by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. See saltwater aquariums showcasing the diversity of the Texas coast and tour the largest redfish hatchery in the world. Reservations required for hatchery tours. Hours for visitation are Tuesday through Saturday 9 am-4 pm, Sunday 1-4 pm, Closed Mondays. Aquarium feedings Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am. Free Admission and Tours.

Really just several Aquariums spread out over 2 large rooms. Nice assortment of fish. Touch tank was very disappointing mostly you could just touch crab. They try.

This hidden treasure is wonderful for young and old alike! Most of all it's FREE! They have a touch tank, large aquarium with lots to see. It is small and you are usually done within 30 minutes, but it's a beautiful facility ran by volunteers...More

We always take our grandkids and out of state visitors here. Great place for kids to see a lot of Texas native fish, and they have a place especially for kids to touch sea creatures. Taking a tour of their fishery is informative for kids...More

Rain or Shine this is an awesome place to visit. Kids and adults will both enjoy learning. My kids love the touch tank and the occasional kids day of fishing.

Nice visit with our family. So impressed that it's free! Great aquarium exhibits and touch tank. Not huge but we all enjoyed it.

WOrth a quick visit but it is very small so you do not need much time there. many interesting displays though. I like the mounted giant fish on the walls.

It depends on if you just wanted to visit (plenty of space for RV), but if you want to stay overnight or longer, you'd probably need to ask the Center.
