We attended the FFAT at LHUCA and it was awesome. Being from a large city I was skeptical that Lubbock and west Texas would be a cultural mecca. It is!! I was astonished to find so many folks out for the event. The calendar is also full of events for everyone. What an amazing place and a greatly appreciated art... More

This is a beautiful gallery that is assessable to the community and to all people. The curator maintains beautiful gallery spaces with timely showings of regional and national artists from the cutting edge to the slightly more traditional. Praises to Ms. Underwood for her promotion of the arts in Lubbock and patronage to this beautiful organization.

Very significant positive impact on Llano Estacado visual and performing arts. Anchors the First Friday Art Trail. Hosts many gallery shows and performance events. Indispensable.

In the 12 years that I have lived here so much has developed here. Thank you to Louise for making it happen. Changing exhibits and so many other things. Grounds in back so gorgeus and a stage is being built.

In short, this is a terrific experience I did not know for two years existed until I ran into it and its myriad of gallereis in the same neighborhood on a random 1st Friday. Priovate meeting rooms, rotating works of art from a wide ranging group of artists, live theater, music release venue and more. Thank you Louise Hopkins for... More

This privately financed and supported art center is a growing campus of creative activity. Venues for specific purposes are all within walking distance of working artists' studios, clay creations, metal working as well as four distinct galleries in the main building. The variety of media and imagination seems endless.

Unique atmosphere! I have attended a couple of plays there and the atmosphere is really different from other venues in Lubbock. The theater was a great intimate setting for "Hairspray" and the Ice House was well suited for the "Madrigal Dinner".
