This is a wonderful educational interesting outing for adults, children, elderly. The films are always fascinating and the exhibits are really good. Keep up the good work science spectrum.

I took my mother, three of my grandchildren, and my teenage daughter to this place and I wish that I had not! When we arrived there was a high "space bubble" set up in the lobby. There were no demonstration times listed so we asked the cashier and she told us they would announce before the demonstration starts and there... More

The yearly family pass, that I purchased for my daughter when she was younger, was the best investment. It included unlimited visits to the Science Spectrum, but not IMAX. We went every week and always had fun. There is always something to interest a child and so many fun things to do.

Not just a kids museum- Kids had a blast..... but adults did also. Many of the experiments and contraptions are interesting to all ages- I had tons of fun with magnets, spinning disks and this cool gel filled rotating disk deal (like moving artwork)! Totally well done!! and the exhibits are rock solid, can take the abuse of kids and... More

My boys loved it! It was a little pricey for me but it's worth the money for sure. So many things to do and see.

Conveniently located on the south loop, this is a favorite stop for locals as well as visitors from elsewhere. All kinds of interactive displays and a wide range of interests.

Truly great to see a place I enjoyed in my youth enjoyed by the youth of today. My nephew was kind enough to invite me to his birthday here, it was a blast getting to see him interact with his friends as they all interacted with the exhibits. I also got to see my brother handle a live snake for... More

I regularly take our young grandchildren and they have a blast every time! In addition to great science hands on activities and animal displays, they have a specific play area for children 5 years and younger and even an area for crawling children to play safely. We have fun and always learn something new!

Every Friday, this place is a must visit. Our 4 yr.old grandson absolutely adores going here. There are multiple activities as well as interactive exhibits for children of all ages. The single visit price is about like you would expect.
