It's worth the drive out if you're in the Fredericksburg area just to walk the grounds here with a cold beer in hand and take a step back in time. It doesn't look like much has changed here in the last 100 plus years. We enjoyed listening to a man in the bar plucking an old guitar and singing old... More

Came here with the family for a week in Fredericksburg. Had to stop by. It's a Tuesday afternoon and the crowd is perfect...Not to crowded and not to sparc. A must for any trip to Fred.

Amazing time here. Well worth the trip. Relaxing and enjoyable for the entire family! Great country music, good food. Great evening visit and daytime. My sons birthday and he lived it! Will go back for sure!

Yes, it's a little out of the way, but it's fun and worth the trip. It's a funky venue that's been around awhile. Whenever you go, there's live country music, and you are never sure who you are going to get. You sit outside at picnic tables or wander thru the cute little country store or just stand around. Beer... More

Our son took us out here and we were amazed! The atmosphere is so relaxed and so pure in today's world. To just sit and listen it is FREE. They have burgers and such and cold beer and sodas. Not too crowded and great for the family. Will caution you though......if there is a special event it can get really... More

A must see for country music fans. Reminded me of a church camp meeting camp ground. Lots of people camping on the grounds. Not much to see other than the dance hall , great people watching Every one seemed to enjoy the music while eating from the food venders. Should have bought that cowboy hat from the general store.

Dance the night away on old school saw dust wood floors. Plenty of room to swing your partner(s) to big name bands.

Beautiful scenery in this area! Our first visit to the Dance Hall for the Blues Festival and it was SOOOO GOOD!!! The talent was off the charts and there is a great sense of fun and appreciation for all the performers. Hope to go back soon.

Took a little ride in the countryside to Luckenbach. Didn't have any singers or very many people. Mainly just doing what we were doing. Would love to have gone back at night and do a little dancing. Very enjoyable!
