Best place to be if you want a taste of Mckinney. There are ample returns to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My favorites are Harvest and Ricks Chophouse.

They have done a great job of refreshing the town and making you feel that you have gone back in time. Great shops and wonderful helpful people. There is a variety of things available and the decorations put you in the Christmas spirit.

Our girl group stayed at a local B & B and spent a whole day in downtown McKinney shopping. I live in McKinney 14 years ago and it has really gotten better and better! Loved the day!

We like to take visitors and friends for a meal at one of the restaurants around the Square. Just relax, fall back in time, and enjoy your company.

What a great place to visit. Visited the World War I exhibit at the old post office and found it very informative. Loved this quaint town. Lots of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed walking around the downtown area.

I'm not sure of the exact hours. We are usually there shopping between 10AM and 4pm. But, I do know, some of the shops are closed on Sunday and some are closed on Monday.

Yes, there are several. Start with the city of McKinney's website and do a Google search for "McKinney Walking Tour" from there.
