Set in a beautiful city location by the river this is a must do if visiting Aranjues. Fairly inexpensive and well laid out tour of the Palace with audio guide available bit not essential as all rooms have the information both in spanish and english....More

We have traveled through Spain many times but only came across Aranjuez on this latest trip. The palace and gardens really are 'hidden gems', tourist traffic is light making the whole experience all the more enjoyable. Add it to your itinerary!

This beats the Royal Palace in Madrid central. Aranjuez is a better option. Make sure you allocate an entire full day to this place because there is a lot more to the main palace on the ground. I saw strawberry fields on my train journey...More

The palace and surrounding areas are huge. You could probably spend half a day wandering around all the buildings and gardens in the area. Which I recommend.

Day trip from Madrid by train. Very easy and we walked from the station to the Palace - buses available. This really is a beautiful building and surrounding gardens to spend time. We went midweek in February and very few people around which made it...More

Sorry~ I just saw your question. No, you can't take a picture inside, but only in the gardens and courtyard.
