A Very Challenging Hiking Experience in Bermuda
Aug. 2021
This is actually quite a challenging hiking experience so don't be deluded by its "moderate hike " classification. You will do a lot of climbing & probably get lost a few times along the way. I'd Recommend that you spend your time in this general location swimming at the beautiful Blue Hole Lagoon. I would not attempt this hike with young children or the elderly since some stretches of the path are difficult to maneuver. However, if you are looking for an adventure & a few thrills, this hike is for you !

What a magical place
Nov. 2020
This is the coolest place. You wouldn't expect to find something like this where it was. You just are walking on a trail and arrive to this. It's so beautiful. We did make the jump, felt is was once in a lifetime type of thing...glad we did. A must see if in Bermuda.

Great place!
Dec. 2019 • Family
I went there with my 3 year old son. We took a walk and enjoyed the birds as well as the paths. He likes to be a líder and loved to go ahead of me to showed me the way. It was safe and I didn’t have to worry about him and I let him be the tour guide.
Such a great place for little a big explorers a must if you come to Bermuda or live here already! I would suggest to wear comfortable clothes, shoes and bring your water.

Swimming in the lagoon
Nov. 2019 • Couples
A bit hard to find, small parking area between Grotto Bay and the bridge towards the Airport. Walk on the lower paved pathway. Nice pretty remote area, can jump to the right of pavillion thru path.

Worth the Walk
Oct. 2019 • Family
It is a little bit of a walk, and the signage isn’t great but it is beautiful! Ask anyone and they will be able to give you directions. If you want to swim make sure you bring swim shoes!

Photo Excursion
Aug. 2019
Recently visited this beautiful lagoon for a photo shoot. Nothing short of spectacular. The water was refreshing. On the way out we noticed a beach on the left that wasn't in view on the way in due to the tide. we stopped for photos again on the beach.

Fun!
Jul. 2019
Tom Moore's jungle was so much smaller than expected and so much less rigorous. From everyone else's review I thought if I entered the trail from the tavern entrance it would be this long rigorous walk to the blue hole. It was not, it was maybe a 10 minute walk on a pretty even path. We did stop to see some great views and it was absolutely gorgeous but it was not exactly the jungle experience everyone had prepared us for. It was a short walk through a park to a swimming hole. The cliff jumping at the blue hole was awesome, so much fun and very beautiful. Be prepared for some salty water!!

Worth the Trip!
Aug. 2019
We picked a day that a Cruise Ship was not in St. George to go! We had the place mostly to ourselves! I would recommend that you download the local mapping app and it will guide you through the Jungle and take you to all the hidden caves that are not marked. Without the app, it is hard to know where to go, because there are lots of different trails and nothing is marked!

Beautiful spot but too busy
Jul. 2019 • Family
Waiting in line with a whole load of other tourists to jump of the Blue Hole cliff or go into a cave is not really my idea of fun. I would advise going when there are no ships in. We went around lunch time hoping all the groups would have been already in the morning but the Blue Hole was overrun with one big tourist group after another which detracted from the whole experience I was hoping for when I went on my own with my two children 7 & 9. It was so busy it put them off swimming in the Blue Hole. We did see some lovely fish in the waters and there was a brief respite from the crowds and some cool looking lizards as we walked through the jungle but then we would stumble across another group further along. I wouldn’t rate this highly as a thing to do in Bermuda, there are many other spots just as lovely and less busy.
