I had never really been to a park like this but it was fantastic. I would recommend buying a fast ticket in high season as some rides were a 2.5hour wait and we only ever waited about 20mins!

PortAventura well worth a visit, not far from Salou Centre about 20-25 mins on bus, lots of different rides, kids will love it

I strongly recommend to be at the entrance to the park at 10 a.m. in order to visit the majority of amusements. The most breathtaking and must-go are: Hurakan Condor, Dragon Khan, Shambala, and Stampida

We love a visit to PortAventura - you can't go to Salou and not visit! There's loads to do and see for all age groups. We particularly like the wild west section of the park.

The lockers at the side of the rides are similar to Alton Towers ones; there’s a cover that slides over when you’re on the ride hiding away your valuables. As far as I saw all day there isn’t a pre-pay band. There might be... More
