Lots to see and do. Abundant wildlife. The campsites are hit-and-miss in terms of privacy and level ground if you are a tent camper, but I have seen much worse. I haven't had a chance to check out the fishing as of yet, but I...More

A beautiful state park just outside of town. There are great trails to go hiking on and a little store to rent canoes and kayaks for a nice row around the lake. There is a great little fishing spot and public restrooms available.

Great state park with lots of activities for the outdoorsy family. I came here to take milky way pictures. Came a way with some nice shots.

The park itself was ok however a park ranger was a jerk. We witnessed him threaten a family whose dog was barking. Just not cool.

We visited during a Saturday and swam in the lake. The wayer was clean for a reservoir and the sand went out quite a ways. Will be returning to camp and fish.
