A fun and interesting place to stop for a visit . Located right across from Dolli's and other interesting and appealing shops. A must for Tourists but also hugely popular with locals as well.

Friendly staff and center gives good information about history of town. Don’t miss the video that runs downstairs. Not overwhelming.

The volunteers working in the Visitor's Center knew the local history, recommended restaurants in the area, and offered all kinds of printed information to take with me.

This has to be one of the best visitor centers we've ever visited. Extremely nice facility with folks eager to answer your questions. It's a small museum in and of itself. We spent over an hour there looking at displays and could easily have stayed...More

Watch the film downstairs, very informative, get ideas of things to see in area. Be sure to check out books and etc.

Don't miss the video & displays downstairs. There is a huge bronze statue of family, horse etc. check out the boy with a frog in his pants. Such detail & quality.

Great place to learn about Nacogdoches history. Great exhibits on main floor and basement levels. Parking can be difficult.
