We enjoyed walking around and hearing the music all around. The restaurants were all very busy but at least there were multiple options. Our family found the area charming.

Oldest dance hall in the state. This is s classic that you don't need to skip. Live music with lots of history. Casual, laid back and plenty of fun. Drink, dance and enjoy the music.

Very nice place to visit with a lot of small shops for shopping. Has an old fashion style sweet shop. Had a nice Trade Days set up while we visited and enjoyed walking around. We will be back someday in the future.

Gruene is a great little town, and its historic district is cozy with small shops with lots of quaint nicknack you don't need ;-) It was smaller than we thought, but we may have missed part of it??? But definitely worth a trip.

Good place to pass some time, listen to music and have a few cold ones. Can park the car and take a lazy walk through this old town. It is even okay to walk with an adult beverage but only in Gruene.
