This was very nice. The actors playing the parts of the story did very good. Santa was great!! The only downside is the trip is to short only about 20 minutes each direction.

We met our four grandchildren there. They range from age two to six. Both the children and adults had a great time. We did the 5 pm ride so it was light going out to pick up Santa and dark going back. Everyone said the...More

My 6yr, 3yr and infant were thrilled with the ride, hot chocolate and visit from Santa. The North Pole scene needed some "fake snow" to make it more realistic. The children really enjoyed Santa autographing their ticket and giving them the bell . He was...More

The Polar express is cute, but not worth the money or drive time to get there. Our 9 year old enjoyed it, but our 11 year old didn’t think much of it. The best time to take kids on the Polar Express is from 5-9...More

I agree with the posts in general. It is a cute experience and the little ones enjoy it. However, the "north pole" is underwhelming. My 6 year old immediately knew it was not real, and was not excited at all to see it. We got...More

My 10 year old loved it, my 13 year old said it was cool, my 15 year old said "meh" (he says that for most everything), my 22 adored it. Wear your pjs!

Probably in August-to September. One might google Polar Express and see what appears. My daughter actually bought the ticketd but I rrmrmber receiving an email about it.
We went two years ago & no one "danced & sang" during the Hot Chocolate song . It was a long drive for such a disappointment. Did anyone else experience this in the "cheap seats"?

What they considered "dancing" was clapping their hands and walking up and down the isle. I was disappointed in that also.
