We spent about 1-2 hours here. Most, if not all, of the interactive exhibits were not working. Quite a few artifacts but a lot of reading.

My family and I planned the Light House tour along with the other 2 museums! So much history on the port and the children loved learning about it all!

This is a nice Lighthouse that you can go into and climb to the top. I believe it's the only one in Texas that allows you to do that. On some nights they actually play a movie on the side of the lighthouse. And the best part is it was free.

Well designed small museum organized by dates to give a glimpse of the history of the area. Inexpensive admission fee. Artifacts, maps and photos illuminate the various eras.

They did a great job for a small town museum. There's alot of untold national and local history. The treasure museum also has a kids play area.

We purchased the package which included the lighthouse and the 2 museums. We were surprised at everything the museum offered.

This small museum is fun to visit once. There are lots of interesting photos from the past and stories from local people. Some of the stories are video or audio taped.

This museum commemorates the history of the Port Isabel area. America, Mexican, and Texas history were also highlighted. We spent about 1 1/2 hours there. The interactive exhibits were not working.
