We took our 3 year old granddaughter for her first visit and she loved the variety of the different bouncing activities. They have a couple of sections set aside for the little ones so she never found herself in an activity with older more rambunctious kids. Price was very low and it covers the entire day so it might be possible to come and go depending on your schedule. Only snacks and drinks can be purchased but you can order from several places in the vicinity and they will deliver so it is not a big negative.

I was scheduled for a 10:00 am party on Sunday, I was told I would be able to get in at 9:45 in order to set up my room before my guests would have arrived. I understand that you do not open until 10 on Sunday, but this is stated in the contract that you send out saying we will have access, if this is not the case on a Sunday party – you should be telling your guests this. I arrived at 9:40 and waited until 9:45 to approach the door – it was locked. My mother in law got the attention of two girls that were inside prepping and they just looked at her and held up 10 fingers. At this point I called and told them I was waiting outside, it was my understanding that I should have access to my room and I would like to be let in. I was told that you do not open until 10 and that the manager on duty said to not let us in. I was told they were still setting up the room to which I replied that I could take care of that and would also like to have my items set up before my guests were to arrive at 10. I am standing outside with a cake that is melting in the heat, and a 3 and 9 year old who also are melting in the heat. We get to the room, I notice that it is unusually hot in the space and look up at the thermostat which at this point Is reading 79. My husband goes to the front to inquire if the air is working in the space and is told that it is (however, we know from last weekend being at a good friends party that there was no air last weekend, so we are concerned it has not been fixed). The room continues to get hotter, the attendant comes to check on us, and asked if everything was okay, we said yes but it is hot in the space to which she replies that the air is not working and should be fixed tomorrow. Interesting, the male up front just told my husband it is working and then the attendant admits that it is not……… At this point, being extremely frustrated now since this is the second thing to go wrong and it is only 10:15 I visit the front desk to discuss the situation with the two females at the counter. I was at a party last weekend, the host is with me and told me right off the bat last weekend they were told the air was not working and were given an immediate 75.00 discount. I simply stated that I would expect the same courtesy this weekend being that the problem has not been fixed in over a week. I was told that you usually surprise the guest at the end with a discount…….. are you kidding me, that is not a surprise that should be taken care of first thing when you realize that the guest is not happy and that there is a problem with the party that is being thrown. Air also being out for a week, I would expect a heads up to the party host to even make sure that they would still like to throw a party there given the circumstance. End of party, after all my guests are hot and miserable – I had 18 three year olds running around with bright red faces who could not cool off – dangerous situation I would personally say. I have parents, several of whom have thrown parties there in the last few months just astonished at the activities that happened with not being let in on time and no air in the room. Everyone checking out thermostat before we leave, we have made it to 85 in that room – that is insane and ridiculous!!! FINALLY, the male that has seemed to be in charge comes over to speak to me, just as he is dropping the check (I have been to desk, several guests have been to desk, husband has been to desk all complaining of heat, yet this is the first time that he makes an appearance to apologize about the situation). I was given a 50.00 discount, I do not find that to be satisfactory and state that since I am standing with the host from last weekend who is saying why would you not get the 75.00 that I got and you had more issues than I had…….. I tell him I am not satisfied with that, he tells me that is all he can do and that I will need to pay it and walks off. I am just appalled and shocked at the level of customer service I was given for throwing a party there. It was my first experience throwing my own, and at this rate will be my last, which is unfortunate because I have two daughters that love this place. I sent this to the owner in an email a week ago and she never responded, so I thought that others should know how they run the business.

We visited while in town with family. Maybe we came on an off day or we're not used to this kind of place, but it was not good in our opinion. They require everyone to wear socks here, even adults. Just make sure you bring your own or you will have to buy them. Our 7 year old loved all of the bounce houses, but they often deflate while the kids are in them. There was hardly any lighting over the bounce houses, so it's difficult to keep track of your kids. The temp inside the place in the afternoon is too warm. The air conditioning was running but it sure didn't feel like it. The entire place was stale smelling. And then, when you use the restroom you have to go in with socks. There was urine all over the floor. Yuck! Nothing like stranger's urine soaked into your socks. Needless to say, after the urine incident we left in a hurry. :-P We'll be sticking with trampoline places in the future...

This is a fun place to take the little ones. We had planned a day at the park but it rained over night, leaving everything soggy! So, we decided to try Bouncin' Bears. We were pleased with our choice. My grandson enjoyed his time bouncing, climbing and sliding.
