This is a fantastic place that is doing an awesome service to exotic cats that have been done a great disservice (if not down right abused) by mankind. These majestic animals are well cared for and respected and loved by the staff. Our guide, Alyssa, knew all their stories was very well versed on their care and their personalities. They... More

I think my visit to Tiger Creek was very enjoyable ..been there twice. The cats are well taken care of and seem to be happy. Sit and watched them get into a water tank and play. Loved that cause they would roar at each other and then chase each other then back into tank!

I liked that there were so many cats, who seemed healthy and well taken care of, EXCEPT that they didn't really have the roomiest or most natural habitats. Some of them were in pretty small cages without much roaming, climbing or hiding room. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But I would have to see... More

Very gratifying trip. The pens for the cats are being upgraded to new pens and they seem to be very adequate for the intended purpose. You are able to get quite close to the cats and get an excellent view. This was a good trip for us and I would recommend to others.

What a great day. Majestic animals, easy to walk paths, surrounded by nature. I love that the animals here were rescued and are now being well cared for and enjoyed by the public. Very nice, helpful staff at the visitor's center.

We have been several times. They have a fine facility and lots of big cats. Come out early when the cats are awakening and starting to be active. Let the tour guide tell you the individual stories behind how these big cats came to live at Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge. Each story is interesting and entertaining to hear.

This was our 4th visit to this location. We decided to adopt 2 Servals this trip. Met with Monte, Candice, and Zak(animal handler for Servals). This refuge for the great cats, Lions, Tigers, Pumas, etc. It is a very well kept and safe. Each of the animals have a history. These animals came from Michael Jackson Ranch, Ringling Brothers Circus,... More

I was in Tyler for 1 day waiting for a friend to arrive in Dallas. This was the only attraction I visited and would recommend to ANYONE, especially with kids. I did the meet and greet with the "animal ambassador". Again, if your going to go it is well worth it. Fairly small park, but give yourself a few hours.... More

The cost of entrance is high but for a good cause. We took the guided tour with our three grandchildren, 14, 2, and 1. We had a great time! The tour guide had volunteered there for many years and really knew the animals. It is not a zoo and we did not see all the animals due to safety reasons.... More
